The Challenge

Casey Electrical Services (CES) is a premier commercial electrical contractor based in Plainville, Connecticut. Specializing in large-scale industrial and commercial projects, CES provides electrical solutions for general contractors, developers, and business owners, handling everything from new builds to complex renovations. CES’s audience includes general contractors overseeing large commercial builds who require top-tier electrical installation and commissioning. Despite its solid reputation, CES lacked a modern digital presence that could effectively communicate its expertise and attract new, large-scale clients. Their existing website was outdated, hindering lead generation, and they had little social media presence to showcase their ongoing projects and industry expertise. They needed to reestablish their brand presence online and expand their visibility to attract more high-value commercial contracts.


The SOLUTION

Allora Media initiated a comprehensive digital overhaul for CES. First, we partnered with Upstream Agency to build a modern, mobile-responsive website designed to optimize lead generation. The new website highlighted CES’s core services, industry expertise, and showcased detailed case studies on their high-profile projects like electrical installations for the Artisanal Burger Company and Target stores. Alongside the website revamp, we recreated their Instagram page from scratch and established a multi-platform content strategy.


This content strategy involved regular updates on job-site progress, with high-quality photos and videos featuring CES’s technicians in action during key project phases like preconstruction, execution, and commissioning. To maximize reach, we expanded CES’s presence to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, and TikTok, ensuring that CES connected with both seasoned professionals and younger audiences in the construction industry. TikTok, in particular, allowed CES to engage with a demographic interested in the electrical trade and large-scale builds, while LinkedIn catered to decision-makers at general contracting firms.


We also ensured that the CES website’s ongoing projects page remained up-to-date with fresh content, highlighting recent projects such as the DCF Building electrical system installation and the Artisanal Burger Company fit-out. The combination of visually engaging content, consistent posting, and a strategic focus on their areas of expertise led to an increase in inquiries from general contractors, improved brand visibility, and enhanced engagement across all social media platforms.
