The Challenge

Artisan Building & Remodeling LLC, based in Berlin, Connecticut, has been a leader in the residential roofing, siding, window, and gutter industry since 2017. Specializing in GAF Master Elite roofing, Artisan serves a wide range of homeowners who value high-quality exterior renovations, including storm damage repair and insurance claim management. In 2023, due to growing demand, Artisan expanded its services to a new location in Old Saybrook, allowing them to serve more clients across Central and Coastal Connecticut. By 2024, the company had outgrown its original facility and relocated to a larger one in Westbrook to accommodate their expanding operations. Artisan needed to increase their digital presence to match this growth, generate more leads, and highlight their expertise in both storm damage restoration and premium material installation


The SOLUTION

Allora Media developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that spanned multiple platforms, showcasing Artisan’s continued expansion and premium services. We consistently gathered high-quality content of their real, completed projects, from storm damage restorations to new roof installations, and shared it across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This consistent posting strategy highlighted Artisan’s craftsmanship and the high-quality materials they use, including GAF shingles, while reinforcing their expertise in handling insurance claims for storm damage.


To support their growing business, we also produced TV commercials targeting homeowners in both Central Connecticut and the newly expanded Coastal region, promoting Artisan’s expertise in storm damage restoration and premium exterior solutions. The TV commercials helped increase brand recognition, particularly in the new service areas. Additionally, Allora Media created a YouTube channel, where we uploaded educational content about storm preparedness, roof maintenance, and the benefits of using high-quality materials like GAF shingles. The videos were linked directly to Artisan’s website, driving traffic and enhancing their credibility as industry experts.


As Artisan’s operations expanded to larger facilities in Westbrook in 2024, the demand for their services continued to rise. The consistent flow of content showcasing their real work on homes, along with targeted educational content, helped Artisan maintain a strong digital presence, driving leads and further solidifying their reputation as a top-tier exterior remodeling company across Connecticut. This multi-platform approach resulted in increased customer engagement, more inquiries for storm damage restoration, and a stronger foothold in both existing and new markets
